For the past five years, James has been a self-employed marketing consultant, dedicated to helping dental practices thrive in a competitive market. He has partnered with clinics of all sizes to create customised marketing plans, streamline operations, and boost patient acquisition through targeted campaigns.

Kate’s journey began with a dental nurse apprenticeship and City & Guilds training, and since then, she has gained extensive experience in various areas, including implant dentistry, SAAD sedation techniques, orthodontics, intravenous vitamin therapy infusions, and working alongside specialists in periodontics and orthodontic treatment. There’s hardly an aspect of dentistry Kate hasn’t explored.

The first six years of Kate’s career were spent chair side nursing and covering reception duties, which gave a solid foundation in patient care and practice management. Kate’s career then transitioned into dental sales within the private sector in Solihull, where she expanded her expertise in marketing and dental sales. It was during this time that Kate discovered the pivotal role of a Treatment Coordinator—the key piece in the patient care puzzle.

Kate is passionate about enhancing the patient journey within dentistry. Kate has helped numerous practices boost their revenue and create an exceptional patient experience that encourages regular visits every quarter or six months.
